as a rule I don't do review's but having used mtb monster to buy my E bike nr 2 years ago I've needed to contact them 2 times.1st was to deal with a orbea common issue that they sorted straight away and got the parts to me,2nd was to ask advice about a fault on my rise that they offered me the advice that got the problem sorted and followed up a couple time to check issue fixed. I can only give a fantastic review .sales staff workshop etc are all super helpful and i will 100% be getting my next bike from them,

100% will be using no where else but mtb monsters! Rang one morning and spoke to Amy about a cube reaction explained im a baby and wanted it as soon as possibly made the order and collected the same day. Also the lad who built the bike was brilliant ran me through everything and sent me on my way great place to deal with very happy! -Aaron

Took my bike in for a small job and was genuinely impressed by the service. The mechanic sorted it quickly and didn’t even charge me as it was a straightforward fix. Really friendly, honest, and clearly cares about doing right by customers. Great service — highly recommend.
