The Cube Reaction Hybrid 2026 combines the efficiency of a hardtail with the seamless support of Bosch’s Performance CX drive unit, making it a highly capable electric mountain bike for trail riding, commuting, or weekend adventures. The 800Wh PowerTube battery is neatly integrated into the frame, giving the bike clean lines and long-range performance.
Attention to detail is everywhere: an integrated seat clamp and internal cable routing enhance the sleek design, while a pre-installed chain guide adds reliability on rougher terrain. The frame is ready to accept ACID mudguards and a luggage carrier, and with X-Connect, adding a compatible ACID front light is as simple as plugging it into the headset.
For riders who want to go even further, the Reaction Hybrid is PowerMore-ready, allowing the addition of an optional 250Wh range extender. And thanks to Cube’s Size Split system, there’s a perfectly proportioned frame for almost every rider.

Control unit with compact colour display and fully networked in the smart system: that’s the Purion 200. The all-in-one solution ensures an uncluttered handlebar, is in close proximity to the thumb and offers a razor-sharp display of ride data as well as simple, ergonomic control of all eBike functions. Combine the Purion 200 with an additional display – for even greater convenience.

With its rugged go-anywhere capability and 800Wh battery, there’s not much that can hold the Reaction Hybrid Race back. It’s even PowerMore-ready, so you can add an optional extra 250Wh battery for even more range. The Smart System-equipped Bosch CX drive has the power to make any route easier, and Sram Transmission 90 12-speed gears put the right ratio literally at your fingertips. We chose wide, grippy Schwalbe 2.6in tyres and paired them with an air-sprung Rockshox Recon Silver fork for the best blend of comfort and control. With strong 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes, you’re assured of safe and predictable stopping in any conditions. And there’s a dropper post, too, so you can take the path less travelled, and see where it leads.
